Maybe one of your CLEO mods uses that "roar" sound file, and the CLEO is buggy (maybe the audio is not released on the script). If the CLEO audio is not released, it will conflict with other CLEO mods and you will always hear the same sound. You need to find which CLEO mod uses "roar", add your CLEO mods one at a time to test.
