3.if you want to publish your mod,You should note classification,page should have pic and someIntroduction（sure, you can use English{:soso_e113:}）,if you want copied MOD from other Forum,you should indicate the original author mark,But please do not change original data

4.please respect The wishes of the author's,don‘t publish MOD without they Agree.

5.Themes Should have pic,if you pic Unseen,you can write the code{:soso_e144:}put your pic there

用语不是很正式的说
对老外来说有些条条没有必要 有些又没解释清楚（比如分类如何选择）
其实领导都有和发mod的老外个别沟通的，所以版规不是特别重要
